When will I receive my coronavirus test results?
The current lab turnaround time is 24-48 hours.
Can I have the test conducted in-clinic?
Due to the current government guidance on restricting social contacts for some Doctors in at-risk groups, and the fact that we have Doctors who are working in the front line in the NHS, we are not currently running face-to-face clinics. To validate your result, we advise a video consultation at the time of the swab taking, so our Doctor can ensure the test is done correctly remotely.
How much does the Private Covid-19 self-test kit cost?
The cost of the test is £295. The majority of this costing is out of our control. A large proportion of the cost goes to the laboratory testing, the remainder covers postage costs, insurance and our Doctor's time. Please be aware that we are doing everything we can to keep the costs for this test as low as possible. If the price of the test increases at the lab, we will honour any payments that have been paid through the platform and absorb the further charges ourselves.
What information does my airline need to allow me to fly?
